Invention relates to method for preparing composition by mixing sodium cromoline and/or other intal-like preparation, weight %/vol: 0.5-4.0; dexamethasone-21-phosphate sodium salt and/or other glucosteroid preparation, 0.05-0.1; ephedrine hydrochloride and/or other adrenostimulating agent, 1.0-5.0; sterile buffer solution, up to 100.0 with addition of neomycin sulfate or boric acid and/or other an antibacterial and an antiseptic agent. Invention provides the enhanced effectiveness and quality in production of drops.
