<p>PURPOSE:To adjust the wall thickness simply by providing adjacently to the extrusion die the forming die capable of adjusting the profile of the exrudate by the adjust-bolts and regulating the profile of the extrudate and adjusting the take-off resistance. CONSTITUTION:The forming device 3 composed of the forming die 4 and the cooling water bath 5 is provided in front of the extrusion die 1 at the side of extrusion direction. The profile of the cylindrical extrudate A extruded from the resin passage 2 of the extrusion die 1 is regulated by adjustment of contact pressure against the movable ring 41 resulting from adjustment of the adjust-bolt composed from the push bolt 44 and the pull bolt 45, and the difference of the take-off resistance occurs around the periphery of the extrudate A. The step in case of the adjust lip attached to the die is not formed, then stagnation and decomposition of resin disappear.</p> |
