PURPOSE:To provide contrasts between parts on a photographic screen as a photographer is desirous, by using an auxiliary light source. CONSTITUTION:Photodetecting elements P1 and P2 are provided to take measurements 1-1 and 1-2 of light at plural parts in a photographic screen, thereby obtaining two kind of signals which correspond to the photodetection amounts of the photodetecting elements P1 and P2 when a flash FL light source is turned on and when not. Further, a processing ciruit G calculates an exposure time required to obtain a contrast DELTACS set in a contrast setting device 11 by a signal corresponding to a contrast between the set photometric parts of the photodetecting elements P1 and P2 and signals corresponding to the said two kind of photodetection amounts. Thus, photography under quantitative control over a contrast which was impossible is achieved. |
