SUBSTANCE: at a stop of leakage of the water outlet stream the rise of the force of water pressure on the shutter with the aid of the closed shutter controlled by an electromagnetic device, for example, a solenoid is prevented, the force being opposite the direction of the force of the magnetic field of the mentioned solenoid acting on it, to this end, the forthcoming of water to that section of its surface on which the above mention force of water pressure would act is prevented. It is attained by the fact that the above mentioned section of the shutter surface is closed with an elastic part, for example, of polyurethane, providing an absence of contact with water of this section of the shutter surface. EFFECT: simplified construction of the assembly with the shutter and power supply unit of the electromagnetic device and reduced their cost.
