FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should apply fascial fragment onto deepithelized tympanic surface to cover perforation. Then one should withdraw the part of fascial fragment through perforation inside tympanic cavity and direct it under preexfoliated meatotympanal fragment. The latter should be preliminarily prepared due to cutaneous incision being parallel to tympanic ring and periosteum.
