LAMINATED ABSORBING STRUCTURE

FIELD: absorbing products. SUBSTANCE: absorbing product has absorbing internal part with many absorbing layers interacting with one another so that absorbed liquid is mainly localized in predetermined, for the purpose, capillary sucking layer of high saturation. Liquid localization in this capillary sucking layer increases capability of this layer to more liquid under effect of capillary-forces due to higher level of saturation and increased amount of absorbed liquid. Higher capability of claimed absorbing system as compared with known modern systems for receiving of liquid is ensured by the fact that the second layer of absorbing system is maintained at low levels of saturation during larger amounts of liquid coming to product with concurrent provision of optimal work of liquid reception due to definite control of composite properties. Low saturation in this layer creates empty volume for incoming liquid portions and also high permeability, and increases in this way the rate of liquid reception by absorbing system as a whole. In this case, however, structure of layer of low saturation is also balanced so as to ensure correspondingly the high level of capillary tension for needed control of liquid and nonadmission of its soaking through product.
