FIELD: designs of roller bits for well drilling. SUBSTANCE: slide bearing has journal, roller cutter, periphery and end radial journal bearings in form of floating supporting sleeves located between journal and rolling cutter, thrust bearing and locking device. Floating supporting sleeves have in their middle part, at least, one through slot not reaching their ends and made over helical line. As a result, supporting sleeves acquire some longitudinal and transverse flexibility improving their ability for self-setting with change of roller bit position relative to journal, due to which probability of unfavorable redistribution of contact pressures and catching of friction surfaces for radial bearings operation is materially reduced. EFFECT: simplified manufacture of roller cutter bearing and roller bit as a whole. 4 cl, 2 dwg
