PURPOSE: A recreation punch machine is provided to effectively absorb any noise and shock applied to a punch lever and body of the machine due to the hitting force of the user. CONSTITUTION: The recreation punch machine comprises a body(10), a punch lever(20) coupled at the upper end thereof with a punch bag(28), and a level driving device(30) extractable out of the body while supporting the punch lever. The body has upper and lower frames(11,12), which are connected at both sides of the front side thereof with a hinge(15), and at both sides of the rear side with a shock absorbing unit(16). At the inclined upper front corner portion of the upper frame is coupled a rotating shaft(31) to which a tension spring(33) is fitted in a state that it is supported by a bearing(32). The punch lever has a linear lever(21) fixed to the rotating shaft, and an arc lever(22) fixed to the linear lever and coupled with the punch bag. By the lever driving device, the arc lever is extracted from the upper side of the body.
