TREAD CUTTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A tire tread cutting machine is provided to efficiently cool heat generated during friction of cutting blade of a skiver by using adhesive solutional cement coating cut regions of the tread. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises a skiver(20) having cutting blades(21); a box body(30) containing a material(31) to adsorb the adhesive solution and receiving a part of the cutting blade(21); a tank(40) containing the adhesive solution through a supplying pipe(50) for the adhesive solution into the box body(30); and a controller(60) to adjust amount of the adhesive solution to be supplied. The controller(60) in the box body(30) includes an inlet valve(61) for introducing the adhesive solution and a sensor(62) for measuring humidity.
