摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus capable of executing wireless communication by an antenna of a narrow band cap able to realize high efficiency and high gain under a wireless communication environment wherein a frequency band used for the communication is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus is provided with: a narrow band antenna 1 cap able to realize high efficiency and high gain; a transmission/reception circuit 3 for applying modulation demodulation processing and frequency hopping processing to a transceived signal; and a matching circuit 10 for matching the impedance of the antenna 1 with that of the transmission/ reception circuit 3. Then employing an output voltage of a hopping synthesizer 24 for a control voltage of a variable capacitance capacitor Cv of the matching circuit controls the characteristic of the matching circuit 10 by each frequency subjected to frequency hopping to optimize the antenna characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
