PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a telephone device management system in which a large volume of utilization information is stored and managed such that an external device can referred to the utilization information. SOLUTION: The telephone device management system comprises a plurality of telephone devices 1, and a server 2 connected with the plurality of telephone devices 1 through an IP network 4. The server 2 comprises a means for storing utilization information of the telephone device 1, a means for acquiring the utilization information from the telephone device 1 and storing it in a storing means, and a means for acquiring specified utilization information upon receiving a request for retrieving the utilization information from the telephone device 1 and sending back the utilization information thus acquired to the requesting telephone device 1.
