<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic film element in which an organic layer can be formed on the substrate easily and which has uniformity and good jointing surface, and an element manufactured by this manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of an organic film element in which a negative electrode, an organic layer containing at least a luminous organic layer, and a positive electrode are laminated in this order on a substrate. The manufacturing method comprises a process in which, using a transfer material which has formed an organic layer on a temporary support body by a wet method, the transfer material is overlapped on a substrate having at least the negative electrode so that the organic layer side may face the film coated face of the substrate and heated, and then, by separating the temporary support body, the organic layer is transferred on the film coated face of the substrate having at least the negative electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
