<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station service utilization guiding system for safely guiding utilization to users including users weak in traffic by speedily providing information about utilization of station service equipment, especially information according to characteristic information (destination information) of the users such as a visually handicapped without the confusion of information. <P>SOLUTION: The station service utilization guiding system performs guiding of utilization to the user of the station service equipment by an information originating apparatus provided at the station service equipment such as an automatic ticket machine 40. The user carries an IC card for originating the characteristic information of the user to the information originating apparatus and a headphone 31 for receiving and outputting the utilization guiding information of the automatic ticket machine from the information originating apparatus with himself/herself. The information originating apparatus is provided with a memory 64 with the utilization guiding information about the utilization of the automatic ticket machine, selects the utilization guiding information of the automatic ticket machine from the memory on the basis of the characteristic information (destination information) of the user and originates it to a receiving terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
