摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor the output voltage of which can be controlled easily. SOLUTION: This temperature sensor is constituted by connecting N (1<n≤N) pieces of P-N junction diodes formed on an SOI substrate in series and has a first anode and a first cathode. The first cathode has a grounded first P-N junction diode, an n-th anode, and an n-th cathode. The n-th cathode has an n-th P-N junction diode connected to an (n-1)-th anode, an N-th anode, and an N-th cathode. The N-th cathode is composed of an N-th P-N junction diode connected to an (N-1)-th anode and a first current source one end of which is connected to a positive power-supply voltage and the other end of which is connected to the N-th anode.
