PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera server without providing any additional interface for a mobile terminal, etc., capable of preventing increase of the cost of the camera server.

SOLUTION: A transmission servers 1-4 is designed to receive image information from a camera server 1-1 capable of distributing the image information obtained by photographing to a display operation terminal 1-2, and to distribute the received image information to another type of a mobile display terminal 1-9 different from the display operation terminal 1-2.
