PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further miniaturize a lid opening and closing mechanism and to reduce its cost by preventing water-drops and dust from intruding in a state with a storage part to store an object to be stored closed, and by suppressing an increase of the number of components and a size increase in its thickness direction. SOLUTION: This lid 10 is attached to a case 13 having a storage part 15 to store an object 14 to be stored in order to open and close the storage part 15. The lid 10 has a lid member 16 rotatably attached to the case 13 to close the opening part 15A of the storage part 15, a cover member 17 movably attached to a main face on the opposite side to another main face facing the storage part 15 of the lid member 16 to compose a part of the main face of the case 13, and a locking means to lock the cover member 17 to the case 13 with the lid member 16 rotated integrally with the cover member 17 to close the opening part 15A of the storage part 15 and with the cover member 17 moved to compose a part of the main face of the case 13.
