PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently install a subscriber station apparatus at a low cost without the need for using an expensive splitter and a coaxial cable whose wiring is not easily made. SOLUTION: An up-converter 114 belonging to a signal processing circuit is directly connected to an automatic level control circuit 113 belonging to a high frequency circuit in a transmission system, and automatic gain control circuits 103, 103' belonging to a high frequency circuit are directly connected to down-converters 104, 104' belonging to a signal processing circuit in a reception system, so as to integrate a high frequency circuit section and a signal processing section.
