PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a Meissner effect current generated by receiving a line of magnetic force as power, in which superconductivity can be used for a superconductivity coil, and an electric circuit by means of a Josephson junction and in which a direct current is taken out of a general electric circuit and used as a permanent current. SOLUTION: When a superconductivity membrane 1 provided at a substrate is disposed in such a state that the line of magnetic force 5 of a magnetic-force line area 5a is orthogonally irradiated, the Meissner effect current 1e for generating a line of non-magnetic force 1a flows around the edge of the superconductivity membrane 1. The superconductivity current is outputted to an outer part pulsation part 2 connected from both ends of a notch 1d. The pulsation output enters a voltage current conversion part 3, and is converted to a normal voltage current from the superconductivity current. The output is turned into power with a normal frequency by a frequency generating part 4 to be outputted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
