PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting and fixing structure of a coaxial rotary electric machine and apparatus capable of preventing a feeder line from rubbing when assembling and keeping an insulation capability of coils. SOLUTION: Fixing bolt attaching holes 49a for attaching fixing bolts for fixing a stator 1, flow paths 61 which communicate with the outside for carrying cooling liquid to the stator 1, connector attaching holes 51a for carrying electric power for use in a drive to the stator 1, an inner rotor 2 and an outer rotor 3 are arranged on the coaxial circumference with respect to axis of rotation C, and the fixing bolts of a member to which the machine and apparatus is to be connected and fixed are attached to the fixing bolt attaching holes 49a, and connectors are attached to the connector attaching holes 51a, thereby fixing the rotary electric machine and apparatus to the member.
