发明名称 STATOR PIECE POSITIONING STRUCTURE FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position stator pieces in circular arrangement relative to brackets on both sides by a simple and low-cost means using alignment holes and positioning pins. SOLUTION: A stator 1 comprises stator pieces 16 where stator steel plates 15 are laminated in axial direction. The stator pieces 16 are circularly arranged, with an electromagnetic coil 17 wound, to form a stator core which is pinched between brackets 13 and 18 on both sides in the axial direction using a bolt 19, which is entirely molded with resin. The stator 1 is supported by a housing 4 by penetrating a central hollow shaft 21 of the bracket 13 through the end wall of the housing 4 and then tightening with a nut 22 while rotationally positioning it with a pin 23. The stator pieces 16 are positioned relative to the brackets 13 and 18 by providing two pairs of alignment holes 31-35, being mutually aligned in the axial direction, to the brackets 13 and 18 and the stator pieces 16, and inserting positioning pins 36-38 into the open ends of the alignment holes.
