PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make communication fee lower in a case that a call from radio terminal equipment is performed in one's house, than in a case that a call is performed in a visiting place, in a communication system wherein the radio terminal equipment performs communication via a public radio base station. SOLUTION: A terminal number of subscribed radio terminal equipment 4 and a base station number are correspondingly stored in a control center 6 which each communication enterprise employs. The base station is applied as a specified base station (e.g. a radio base station 3A in the vicinity of one's house) by a user of the terminal equipment 4. In the case of calling from the terminal equipment 4, the radio base station repeats the call, and transmits a base station number of the repeater base station together with the terminal number. The control center 6 decides wether the base station number is identical to the base station number which is correspondingly stored to the terminal number of the radio terminal equipment 4 which makes a call. When the numbers are identical, counting process is performed with a fee lower than the case of a call via other base station 3B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
