PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a shield structure and to obtain sufficient strength. SOLUTION: A casing is provided with a case body 1 in which inner side plates 7 are oppositely erected at both ends of a base plate 6 and front/back sides and an upper side are opened and with an upper cover 2 where outer side plates are oppositely erected at both ends of a top plate 19, a front plate 21 is arranged on a front side of the top plate 19, a back side and a base side are opened, the outer side plates are disposed on outer faces of the inner plates 7, an opening at an upper side of the case body 1 is covered by the top plate 19 and an opening at the front side of the case body 1 is covered by the front plate 21. A beam material 8 for reinforcement is arranged at the base plate 6 between the inner side plates 7 of the case body 1. A front panel 29 blocking an insertion hole part 21a is disposed in a circuit unit 3 inserted into the case body 1 from the insertion hole part 21a of the front plate 21, and a shield spring 16 is given between the front panel 29 and the insertion hole part 21a.
