PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam position measuring device for an accelerator not stopping a sample hold at an AD converter while calculating the memory content at a central arithmetic unit, capable of inputting with high speed, equipped with a thermostatic chamber without noise-source, with high precision and high reproducibility, capable of securing a synchronism of respective beam position measuring signal when installing a plurality of beam position measuring means to an accelerator of large scale, further, capable of installing a beam position feedback control device which disuses any judgment and operation of an operator. SOLUTION: The beam position measuring device for the accelerator has a plurality of memories accumulating digitally sampled data, and makes the central arithmetic unit simultaneously carry out the arithmetic process and renewing of the memory content by switching the memory so as to alternately carry out a data accumulation and a data reading.
