PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector of a so-called inertial lock type capable of certainly preventing an imperfect fitting state even on the connectors of any number of poles by changing inclination of an initial sliding surface of an engagement projection in accordance with the number of the poles on a plurality of the connectors different in the number of the poles and improving fitting workability of the connectors having a small number of the poles.
