PURPOSE: A water softener with air hole is provided, wherein regenerating agent is promptly injected into the water softener even without an extra regenerating agent supplier for promptly injecting the regenerating agent through mesh nets. CONSTITUTION: In a water softener comprising a column(100) which is equipped with water inlet and water outlet(116) to flow in and out raw water, on which regenerating agent inflow port(117) is installed, and in which ion exchange resin(120) is filled between mesh nets(113) installed at a certain position of upper and lower parts of the column to remove hard water constituents of raw water introduced through the water inlet, the water softener is characterized in that an air hole(121) is formed at a certain position of the column so that the regenerating agent is easily injected into the column by discharging air inside the column to the outside when the regenerating agent is injected into the column through the regenerating agent inflow port(117), wherein the air hole is opened by an open/shut rod formed at funnel for easily injecting the regenerating agent into the column.
