PURPOSE: A multipurpose vehicle is provided to complexly use a scrapper, a steam injection nozzle, and a water removing roller, perform a snow removing work and a road cleaning at the same time by using water instead of snow removing materials that cause damages on environment or human bodies, and accordingly completely remove snow and dust on the road. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose vehicle is composed of a scrapper(21) mounted to the front of the vehicle to push out snow on the road; a steam injection unit(10) installed in the central bottom to inject steam on the road on which snow is removed by the scrapper; and a water removing roller(17) disposed at the rear to move water, which is thawed by steam, toward a shoulder of the road and remove water on the road.
