<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multirate receiver which can restrain deterioration of transmission quality when transmission speed is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 200 generalizes and controls each part of a multirate communication equipment and realizes communication via a satellite station S. Corresponding to a transmission speed of communication which is performed to the satellite station S, switching control of switches 221a, 221b, 224a, 224b is performed, a desired signal is filtered by using low-pass filters 222a-224a, 222b-224b different in cutoff frequency, and an interference wave like neighboring waves except the desired wave is eliminated. In accordance with the transmission speed, gains of variable amplifiers 230a, 230b are controlled, and inputs of A/D converters 340a, 340b are controlled to be in a prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
