<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display in which level difference by the partition wall is eliminated and which is protected by a film having a high barrier nature against moisture and oxygen and a manufacturing method of the organic EL display. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display 1 comprises a positive electrode 3 arranged on a substrate 2, an organic membrane 14 arranged on the positive electrode 3 through an insulating membrane 11, a negative electrode 15 arranged on the organic membrane 14, a first protection film 16 arranged on the negative electrode 15 so as to cover the negative electrode 15, and a second protection film 17 arranged on the first protection film 16 so as to cover the substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
