摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image evaluation method or the like for automatically evaluating color shift. SOLUTION: With respect to each element color, a plurality of spectrum data are generated in a spectrum generation part 104 and a spectrum operation part 106 on the basis of data caused by a density of input data, screen angles, and a pitch. The plurality if spectrum data generated for each element color are composed by a convolution execution part 108. This operation is performed also after phases of spectrums are shifted by a phase shift extent setting part 124 so as to move relative positions between respective screens by one pixel in the direction of the x axis or the y axis. The amplitude of the composed spectrum data before phase shift and that after phase shift are compared with each other to evaluate color slippage of an image by an image evaluation part 116.
