PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten temperature rising speed of a heated object, improve heating efficiency, improve durability by suppressing temperature of a heating coil, improve workability and maintenance characteristics of the heating coil, and improve a common use property of a heating coil unit member for lowering of cost, for an electromagnetic induction heating device for heating an injection- heating machine cylinder, a metal container of nearly a cylindrical shape and the heated object contained in the nearly cylindrical container. SOLUTION: It is so structured that a high-frequency current is supplied from an inverter unit 6 to a heating coil unit 1, and the heating coil unit 1, formed of a heating coil 2 having flexibility and a heating coil outer shell member 3 having flexibility, is wound around the heated object 5 of nearly a cylindrical shape in circumferential direction with the interposition of a heat- insulating material 4.
