PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact sheet and a contact sheet assembly capable of surely electrically connecting an electronic device and a board, and excellent in durability and reliability against a repetitive use and a use for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The contact sheet 10, provided with a given base material sheet and a plurality of contacts 2, is used for an electric connection of an electronic device having spherical or bin-shaped terminals with a board. The contact 2 is provided with an end part 21 fixed between two base material sheets in a state of being pinched by the two sheets at an edge part (a fixed part) of an opening notched part of the two base material sheets, a base bottom part 7 horizontally extended from the end part 21 with at least a part of it protruded further downward than the opening notched part 11 of one base material sheet 1a, and a terminal holding part 8 with gaps at its tip consisting of two U-shaped or V-shaped beams extended upward from either side face of the base bottom part 7.
