COLLECTING DEVICE, AUTOMATIC TICKET EXAMINATION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a collecting device and an automatic ticket examination device and method which collect used radio recording medium in an equal direction and reduce a burden on a staff.

SOLUTION: The automatic ticket examination device is provided with: a front/rear detection part 70 for detecting the front and rear sides of a radio card C on the basis of receiving of the radio card C to be collected; an reversing part 80 for reversing the front and rear sides of the radio card C at need on the basis of a detecting result obtained by the front/rear detection part 70; and a collection part 60 for collecting the radio card C the front and rear side of which is equalized via the reversing part 80.
