PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic input and display system having a user interface for selecting an image object element in an original electronic image to arrange.

SOLUTION: The system (100) is provided with: a user input means (130) which selects and generates an image object; an image input means (120) which inputs an electronic image to a display means; a processor (110) which receives an image object selection operation request and is connected to a memory structure for accessing it; a program memory means (150) having a user interaction module (152) for selecting the image object and an image object selection module (154) for interpreting an inaccurate image object selection route; and a data memory means (160).
