PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device whose cost can be reduced by using a line delay circuit having a delay time corresponding to collation processing with a particular image for forgery prevention. SOLUTION: This image forming device has a collation processing part 101 for collating image information from a scanner with the particular image and determining whether the same part exists, and a line delaying part 104 for delaying the image information in accordance with a time spent for the collation processing and then outputting the delayed image information. It is possible to realize a great reduction in cost because no dedicated memory is needed by taking timing between the processing of the collation processing part 101 and the other processing with a line delaying part 104.
