PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless terminal the transmission power of which is changed depending on a communication state including a transmission system between a base station and the mobile wireless terminal. SOLUTION: An own position estimate means 125 of the mobile wireless terminal 10 mounted on a vehicle acquires position information of the vehicle, acquires position information of a base station being an object of communication, and the mobile wireless terminal controls transmission power for the transmission on the basis of a transmission rate and a modulation system for the transmission, the position information of the vehicle and the position of the base station.
