PURPOSE: A skate board is provided to enable the user to practice ski postures regardless of place and time, and to enable the user to freely and simply adjust a desired rotating direction and inclination thus securing more stable and safe riding thereof. CONSTITUTION: The skate board comprises an upper panel fixing unit, a steering device, and a brake device. The fixing unit consists of a pair of front and rear structures(12) formed with shafts, respectively, and wheel axles(3) coupled to the shafts through bearings. By virtue of the fact that the structures are made of soft material, the left and right portions of an upper panel(1) of the skate board is movable in a vertical direction. The steering device has protrusions(7,8) inclined relative to the wheel axles by a certain angle, and a protrusion(6) inclined to the upper panel. The steering devices cause the wheel axles to rotate for a steering operation. As the upper panel and wheels(2,2-1) are positioned in an appropriate size and distance, the lower portion of the upper panel operates to stop the rotation of the wheels when the upper panel is inclined over a predetermined angle.
