DIFFERENT SHRINKAGE AIR-TEXTURED YARN WITH EXCELLENT SUEDE EFFECT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A different shrinkage air-textured yarn with excellent suede effect and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to have excellent mono-filament diffusion, high piloerection density and uniform piloerection length, and expresses soft tactile sensation and fine profile. CONSTITUTION: The different shrinkage air-textured yarn comprises a low shrinkage yarn conjugated with a fibrosis element and an elution element while bearing a fineness of 0.001-0.3denier after the elution, and a high shrinkage thermoplastic multi filament as a core yarn. The low shrinkage conjugated yarn is wound on the core yarn. The conjugated yarn loops of 2-350/m with a length of 1.0mm or more are formed on the air-textured yarn, and 95% or more thereof have a length of 1.0-2.5mm.
