PURPOSE: A body mounting rubber having a spacer for a vehicle is provided to make compressive force of a mounting rubber uniform by additionally applying the spacer to the body mounting rubber, to standardize the insulation characteristics of the mounting rubber, and accordingly to improve productivity and quality of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A body mounting rubber having a spacer(300) for a vehicle is composed of a mounting bolt(100) welded and combined to a vehicle body(500) with penetrating the vehicle body and a frame(600), and combined with a combining device(700) at the lower; an upper mounting rubber(200) located between the vehicle body and the frame, inserted and combined to outer periphery of the mounting bolt, and formed with a fixing projection at the upper part of the inner periphery; the cylindrical spacer positioned between the outer periphery of the mounting bolt and the inner periphery of the upper mounting rubber, shorter than the mounting bolt, and combined to the lower of the fixing projection of the upper mounting rubber; and a lower mounting rubber(400) arranged between the vehicle body and the combining device and penetrated by the mounting bolt and the spacer.
