HORIZONTAL WELDING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A horizontal welding device is provided to easily perform a horizontal welding process by vertically installing a transfer vehicle between a T-shaped transverse member and inner/outer plates of an upper block. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal welding device is positioned between inner and outer plates(31,32) of an upper block and a transverse member(50) of the upper block. Inner and outer plates(21,22) of a lower block are welded to the inner and outer plates(31,32) of the upper block. A horizontal welding section is formed on the inner and outer plates(21,22) of a lower block. The horizontal welding device is horizontally moved along the horizontal welding section. The horizontal welding device includes a vehicle section(100), a weaving section(200) and a welding section(300). A plurality of guide rollers(102) is provided at an upper portion of a body(107) of the vehicle section(100).
