PURPOSE: Provided are a reactive urethane acrylate derivative having an ultraviolet absorbent(UVA) functional group and a hindered amine(HALS) group simultaneously, which is excellent in weather resistance and friendly to environment, and a photocurable resin composition containing the reactive urethane acrylate derivative. CONSTITUTION: The reactive urethane acrylate derivative represented by the formula 1 is produced by a process comprising the steps of: injecting 0.005-1mol of trifunctional isocyanate into an organic solvent and keeping temperature 25-90deg.C; adding 0.005-0.1mol of the ultraviolet absorbent and 0.005-0.1mol of the hindered amine photo-stabilizer for 30 minutes to 4 hours in the presence of a tin-based catalyst; reacting the mixture at 40-80deg.C for 30 minutes to 5 hours; adding 0.005-0.1mol of an acrylate containing a hydroxy group and reacting for 1-8 hours. And the photocurable resin composition contains 30-70wt% of an acryl-based prepolymer having at least one acryl group, 20-60wt% of a monofunctional or multifunctional acryl-based monomer or vinyl ether-based monomer, 2-7wt% of a photo-initiator, and 0.1-10wt% of the reactive urethane acrylate derivative. In the formula, Acryl is a monofunctional or multifunctional acrylate group, R is a compound induced from trifunctional isocyanate, UVA is benzophenone or triazole, and HALS is 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl piperidine or 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl piperidine.
