PURPOSE: A process of preparing a health food product by blending an extract of Polygoni multiflori Radix, mulberry leaves, Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Cuscutae Semen, Ligustrum japonicum THUNB., black bean and black sesame is provided. Therefore, the product is effective in promoting blood circulation, treating or reducing hyperlipidemia, vertigo and amnesia and enables easy urination. CONSTITUTION: The health food product is prepared by extracting medicinal plants and cereals in water activated by far infrared ray for 4hr at 2 atmosphere pressure. The medicinal plants and cereals comprise 20 to 30% by weight of Polygoni multiflori Radix, 10 to 20% by weight of mulberry leaves, 20 to 30% by weight of Acori Graminei Rhizoma, 20 to 30% by weight of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 10 to 15% by weight of Cuscutae Semen, 10 to 15% by weight of Ligustrum japonicum THUNB., 2 to 5% by weight of black bean and 2 to 5% by weight of black sesame. |
