PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user account management system which can automatically and unitedly manage account information on users in different software environment. SOLUTION: Codes of respective items constituting the user information are predetermined by the items among a plurality of sections and a management department and the user account management system is equipped with a master management part which previously stores the codes and items of the information needed for user management so that they correspond to each other and a plurality of data process generation part which process data in different software environment to generate files; and each data process generation part automatically generates a file in file format corresponding to the different software environment by receiving the user information from the plurality of sections and merging the user information with a master file.
