TAPER BOLT COUPLING DEVICE HAVING SHEAR KEY FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A taper bolt coupling device is provided to achieve higher coupling force and a shear key function with respect to large and complex structures by using a taper bolt and a conical wedge. CONSTITUTION: A taper bolt coupling device includes a taper bolt having a head section(11), a body section(12), and a tail section(13). The taper bolt is formed with a double taper pattern. A conical wedge has a taper hole, into which the tail section(13) of the taper bolt is inserted. A nut is screw-coupled with the tail section(13) of the taper bolt. When the tail section(13) is coupled with the nut in a state that the taper bolt is inserted into coupling holes of first and second flanges, compressing force is applied lengthwise the conical wedge so that the first and second flanges are coupled. At this time, an outer taper part of the conical wedge makes contact with the coupling hole of the second flange.
