PURPOSE: A lottery ticket having a marketing function, a method using the same, and a system for carrying out the same are provided to compensate the mental collapse due to the loss of an instant lottery ticket with other form by offering the lottery ticket for joining in a marketing event on the off-line. CONSTITUTION: A lottery ticket seller system(100) issues the lottery ticket by on-line such as the Internet. An article/service seller system(200) offers an article or a service to a buyer by on/off-line. A lottery ticket marketing operation system(300) issues a marketing lottery ticket for carrying out various kinds of advertisement of an article/service seller. A lottery ticket buyer system(500) carries out a confirmation procedure of the instant lottery ticket by buying the marketing lottery ticket via an intermediary system(400), receives a mileage by joining in the marketing event, and uses the mileage by on/off-line.
