PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processor, and an information processing method dynamically connecting a plurality of service management means to a plurality of service provision means according to the both desires, a recording medium storing a program for executing it in a readable state by the information processor, and its program.

SOLUTION: When a service site registers a print shop desiring the provision of the service by the information processor (a center server) controlling the connecting between the service provision means (the print shop) and the service management means (the service site) management the provision of the service to a request of a service from a user via a network, the service site determines whether or not registering it by taking account of the desire of the service provision of the print shop to the service site S601 and S602. A special service provided by the print shop is registered, and the special services provided by all the registered print shops are collectively registered according to the respective service sites S603 and S604.
