<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a radio communication apparatus deviated from an area communicable with a communication object into the communicable area regardless of the signal strength from the communication object. <P>SOLUTION: Both a printer 1 and a PDA 2 are arranged to be capable of radio data communication through Bluetooth. The PDA 2 can detect its own location by means of an incorporated biaxial acceleration sensor and its own location is updated and stored as the origin so long as the PDA 2 is located in an area communicable with the printer 1. Since the origin A immediately before deviation from the communication area has been stored when the PDA 2 deviates from the communication area and moves to location B or farther moves to location C (current location), guide information for returning the PDA 2 back to the communication area is created from the relative positional relation of the origin A and the current location C and displayed on a screen.
