PURPOSE: A sheathing method for a construction work is provided to shorten a period of construction, to reduce construction expenses and to enlarge the area of the basement for use. CONSTITUTION: The sheathing method for a construction work comprises the steps of: driving H-piles(14) with connecting bars(12) fixed to an H-steel into a hole bored through the ground(A), then fixing a wale for a strutted beam on the upper end of H-piles(14); pitting from the front of H-piles(14) toward an interval among H-piles(14), then interposing a back panel backward, connecting both sides of a reinforcing bar(26) with the connecting bars(12) of the H-piles(14), adhering a front panel to the front of the H-pile(14), then refilling up the pitted part; pulling out the back panel as soon as placing concrete(32) between the front panel and the back panel, then curing the concrete surface; and removing front panels by pitting the front ground of the front panels.
