<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station apparatus capable of applying proper transmission power control to a mobile station terminal even when a spread rate is frequently changed. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement means 11A of a base band processing section 11 of the wireless base station apparatus 1 measures a reception level/ interference level ratio of a signal received from an uplink individual physical data channel, and a target value correction means 11B corrects a target value of the reception level/interference level ratio into a target value at a target transmission time interval on the basis of target transmission time interval transmission data information notified from a mobile station terminal 20 via the uplink individual physical data channel. Then a transmission power control means 11C compares the corrected target value with the measured reception level/interference level ratio and informs the mobile station terminal 20 about a transmission power control signal to control the transmission power of the mobile station terminal 20 at the target transmission time interval on the basis of the result of comparison. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
