<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically coupled device where components such as a photodetector, a light emitting element, a slit unit, a lens unit, and the like can be built at a low cost with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting element (light emitting chip) 1 serving as the essential part of the optically coupled device and a shading plate 8 equipped with the slit unit 7 which is provided to the lens body 10 as buried in it are provided on the same frame 3. The shading plate 8 where the slit unit 7 is provided is buried into the lens body 10 in a process of sealing up the light emitting element 1 with a light transmitting resin. Then, the joint 3c of the frame 3 is bent so as to arrange and fit the lens body 10 to the light projecting surface side of a light emission side sealed body 2. Thereafter, a light emission side optical component composed of the light emission side sealed body 2 and the lens body 10 is contained in a case 6 together with a light reception-side sealed body 5 composed of the photodetector 4 and its lead unit sealed up with a light transmitting resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
