PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active inductor capable of improving an inductance value and a Q-value on a high-frequency side, and easily changing the inductance value from the outside. SOLUTION: The active inductor includes a first transistor 101, a second transistor 102 cascaded to the transistor 101, a third transistor 103 for feeding back the output of the transistor 102 to the input of the transistor 101, and a capacitor 108 connected to a cascading connection point 111 of the first and second transistors 101, 102 and a ground.
